A teacher by profession, Currently serving as a Head Teacher at Arc en Ciel Nursery School over a decade ago, where she developed a strong experience in early childhood education practice and leadership.Grace holds a postgraduate degree in education and a bachelor’s degree in administration. She is a strong advocate for Social Emotional Learning (SEL). Her dedication has led her to explore various international approaches to child development, including a visit to Reggio Children initiative in Italy, which deeply inspired her work.Driven by the belief that emotional well-being is key to lifelong learning, Grace co-founded KIRA SED, to dedicate her time in promoting SEL through a more structured and legal advocacy platform. She envisions KIRA SED expanding its impact nationally, ensuring that every child has access to holistic, emotionally supportive learning environments.
Holding a bachero in in International Relations and Human Rights, Alberto came to Rwanda in 2007 to coordinate the interventions of an Italian organization dedicated to supporting street children and other vulnerable people. He’ve been bridging the organization with Cartitas of Ruhengeri Diocese. He later founded La Locanda, an hospitality service in Musanze. Driven by a deep commitment to social impact, he co founded Arc en ciel Nursery school from 2015 to offers free, inclusive early childhood education to children from disadvantaged backgrounds where some of his profit financed the school.To broaden the scope of his social work, he co-founded the KIRA SED Foundation alongside Munezero Grace, as a way to intervene in a legal recognized platform. This foundation was created to consolidate and expand their efforts in supporting vulnerable children and youth across various sectors, including education, social welfare, and community development.

Whether implementing street kids projects, village-level projects, government participatory planning policy advisory, and consulting on international development programs, he remains grounded in the belief that lasting change begins with empowered individuals and united communities.Beyond his professional expertise, Gilbert is deeply motivated by a vision of a more compassionate world a place where everyone feels valued, supported, and inspired to wish the best for others. His life and work reflect a powerful message: development is not only about resources, but about relationships, empathy, and shared hope.
Daniele Allara is an economist with a long-standing commitment to public service, international cooperation, and community-based sustainability initiatives. He started to visit Rwanda in 2003 with his family. That experience changed his life . He was fascinated by the culture and living style of Rwandans that he could not imagine before. Daniele has actively contributed to international solidarity and local civic engagement, including serving as project coordinator for the Rwanda Project in community development and education initiatives based remotely. Daniele brings a wealth of knowledge in economic planning, project monitoring and evaluation, supporting the design and implementation of evaluation frameworks for KIRA SED’s educational and community programs to ensure impact, accountability, and continuous learning. As an Intercultural exchange fan, he bringings valuable insight from years of work in Rwanda, Italy and Colombia to help guide KIRA SED’s global partnerships with cultural sensitivity and ethical awareness. Daniele’s blend of technical expertise and heartfelt activism makes him a vital asset in advancing KIRA SED’s mission to empower communities through education, emotional development, and inclusive social innovation.
Dennis is a seasoned anthropologist with over two decades of hands on experience in community development, sustainable tourism, and social justice movements. She is an anthropologist and a defender of sustainable tourism professional. She has been to Rwanda with her family and enjoyed her stay with culture and organised community. She did visit Nyungwe, Akagera Park and communities in Musanze. She was fascinated by diverses species of birds all around Rwanda.From Bogotá to Caquetá ( Colombia) to Asti ( Italy), she has worked in various capacities as a social worker, project coordinator, and activist always committed to integrates a mindful, holistic approach to personal and community transformation. Her lifelong dedication to grassroots empowerment, ecological justice, and intercultural learning deeply aligns with the ethos of KIRA SED Foundation.Dennis is a bridge builder between cultures, systems, and people an invaluable resource for KIRA SED’s mission to nurture informed, resilient, and empowered communities through education and social engagement.
